BMW was still preparing the X6 M and F80 M3, spy photographers were hiding in the bushes at Nurburgring, trying to get the best shots of the 2 cars. We know everything about the new sedan, it was posted on Youtube just a few hours ago. We can see the M3 drifting for a while. The car has more than enough power to do that, it was rainy that day, it’s plain obvious how things went sideways.
X6 M on the other hand, is fitted with the xDrive All Wheel Drive (AWD), didn’t have the slightest problem in that corner, going in and out of it with ease and a relaxed look on the driver’s face, this video also shows the difference between Rear Wheel Drive (RWD) and AWD BMWs.
Note: 1st M model that might get xDrive in the future as an option add-on, is the upcoming M5 but that’s still far from becoming a reality.
